About Jessi
Hello and welcome all who seek body work! My first interest in massage began ten years ago when I continued to get injured doing aerial acrobatics. I started seeing a massage therapist that specialized in trigger point massage and I was able to get so much relief! My range of motion and sports performance increased and my pain levels decreased. I also worked with a personal trainer to learn how to move my body better, become a lot stronger, and gain more full-body balance and body awareness. I’ll be honest, this was a lot of work and some lifestyle changes had to take place, but living in a body is hard and massage and training helps me feel joyous and free when I stay consistent. Shortly after working with my massage therapist, I realized this was a career path I wanted to pursue.
I am currently self-employed and work with a variety of clients. I specialize in several massage techniques including neuromuscular, trigger point, therapeutic cupping, and sports massage. Massage can be relaxing, energizing, and sometimes intense. Some days, your nervous system will benefit from a relaxation massage and other days, you may need deeper, more intense work to get relief. We can always do a little bit of both! I value communication throughout the massage and look forward to being a part of your health and wellness journey.
While massage can greatly improve function and mobility in the body, it is only one portion of physical maintenance. The lifestyle, career, and hobbies that we choose all contribute to our posture and our physical comfort and discomfort. At the end of the session, I am happy to show you self-massage techniques and stretching to practice at home. I often enjoy chatting about my experience with training, nutrition, and body work.

About Noelle
My name is Noelle Beem (she/her.) I’ve always had a passion for anatomy and healing. I grew up in Portland surrounded by bodyworkers, and got to experience how powerful a tool massage therapy can be when it comes to relaxing the body and mind. Because of this, massage has been a very important part of my own healing journey when I'm experiencing pain or stress. These combined things are what led me into this line of work. I'm grateful to have a career where I can help those in my community and constantly be learning new things while doing so.
I incorporate different techniques into my practice depending on client needs. I approach the body from a holistic standpoint, the body is a network and everything is interconnected. Modalities that I can incorporate into my work include deep tissue, myofascial, trigger point therapy, and cupping. We can work together to figure out what techniques work best for you and offer the most relief.
In my free time I like to stay active. I love backpacking, biking, snowboarding, park sits, travel, anything that gets me outside really. I’m also a big fan of live music and good food.
Thank you for taking the time to read a little bit about me and my work, and I look forward to helping you on your journey to being pain and stress free!
