About Jessi
Hello and welcome all who seek body work! My first interest in massage began ten years ago when I continued to get injured doing aerial acrobatics. I started seeing a massage therapist that specialized in trigger point massage and I was able to get so much relief! My range of motion and sports performance increased and my pain levels decreased. I also worked with a personal trainer to learn how to move my body better, become a lot stronger, and gain more full-body balance and body awareness. I’ll be honest, this was a lot of work and some lifestyle changes had to take place, but living in a body is hard and massage and training helps me feel joyous and free when I stay consistent. Shortly after working with my massage therapist, I realized this was a career path I wanted to pursue.
I am currently self-employed and work with a variety of clients. I specialize in several massage techniques including neuromuscular, trigger point, therapeutic cupping, and sports massage. Massage can be relaxing, energizing, and sometimes intense. Some days, your nervous system will benefit from a relaxation massage and other days, you may need deeper, more intense work to get relief. We can always do a little bit of both! I value communication throughout the massage and look forward to being a part of your health and wellness journey.
While massage can greatly improve function and mobility in the body, it is only one portion of physical maintenance. The lifestyle, career, and hobbies that we choose all contribute to our posture and our physical comfort and discomfort. At the end of the session, I am happy to show you self-massage techniques and stretching to practice at home. I often enjoy chatting about my experience with training, nutrition, and body work.

About Cempasuchil
Hello my name is Cempasuchil (he/they). I believe that massage is a beautiful way to facilitate embodiment and honor the resiliency of the body, mind, and spirit.
Before becoming a massage therapist I worked seven years in environmental conservation the last four of those years were dedicated to trail work. Over the course of my environmental career I developed chronic sciatic pain from the labor that had only worsened through time.
After my first trail season I rested, took physical therapy and got massages as pain management. I was able to continue on to work three more seasons before the changing pain in my body had caught up to me and asked me to recognize it. My time in this field came to an end as I journeyed into what a different pace and more care could look like for me.
I took a leap into massage therapy because of the impact it made on me. It was not a difficult decision to switch from landwork to bodywork. I recognize both as pillars of human health and fulfillment. I went on to receive training at East West College.
I enjoy providing rehabilitative care post injuries, addressing chronic pain, and empowering people’s connection to their body by providing collaborative care. I use Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapies and assisted stretching as my tools of care to address the goals of clients. I developed my experience with addressing Motor Vehicle Accidents and other injuries through my time at a chiropractic office.
What I have to offer is work that is deliberate and attuned. I provide care that echoes client breath and listens to the nuance of stuck and winding fascia to provide work that is deep and in harmony with the nervous system.
Things I do to bring enrichment into my life include land tending, hiking, camping, taking dance lessons with friends, and volunteering at community clinics.
I look forward to working with you! Thanks for reading along.
